 By booking any service with Home Glow Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to understand our policies and practices.

1. Booking and Service Appointments

• All services must be scheduled in advance through phone, text, email, or our website.
• Clients must provide accurate information about the property or vehicle to ensure proper service preparation.
• Access to the property or vehicle must be provided at the scheduled time. Failure to do so may result in a missed appointment fee.

2. Rescheduling and Cancellations

• Services may be rescheduled or placed on hold with at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment.
• Requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• To reschedule, please contact us directly via phone or email.

3. No Refund Policy

• All sales are final. No refunds are available once services have been rendered or partially completed.
• We are committed to quality and customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours of the appointment so we can address your concerns.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure that the work area (home, yard, pool, or vehicle) is accessible and safe for our team to perform the service.
• Pets must be secured during appointments.
• For car washes and pool services, water access and sufficient space must be available.
• Inform us of any special conditions or requests ahead of time.

5. Liability

• Home Glow Services is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, wear and tear, or improper maintenance not disclosed before service.
• Our team takes all reasonable precautions, and we are fully insured for services we perform.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
